When your application is submitted, your Partner ID is generated. If approved, you'll receive the formal DMAX Independent Referral Partner Agreement and the DMAX Partner Compensation Schedule through RabbitSign for electronic signature. Once signed, your account is activated and you receive portal access instructions.

Submit Your Application
Complete the Partner Application on our website. Provide accurate contact information, professional background, sourcing methods, and markets served. A unique Partner ID is generated during the application process.
Application Review
The DMAX team reviews submitted applications to determine program eligibility and compatibility. We aim to respond within two business days. Additional verification may require more time.
Agreement & Electronic Signature
Approved applicants will receive an email through RabbitSign containing the official Independent Referral Partner Agreement and DMAX Partner Compensation Schedule. Partners must review and electronically sign the required documents using the secure RabbitSign link provided by email.
Partner Activation & Portal Access
After the agreement has been fully executed and all onboarding requirements are satisfied, the partner account will be activated and portal access instructions will be provided. The Partner Portal currently has limited functionality. Additional features and improvements are being introduced as development continues.
Submit Referrals & Track Progress
Activated partners may begin submitting eligible opportunities through the Partner Portal. We recommend starting with one or two well-researched referrals at a time to allow for proper evaluation and processing. Each referral receives a unique Referral ID for identification and tracking.

How Compensation Works
DMAX partners earn performance-based referral compensation on qualifying successful recoveries. Compensation is determined separately for each accepted referral.
DMAX Partner Compensation Schedule
Identification of a potential recovery opportunity with basic claimant, property, or public-record information.
Substantially researched opportunities with supporting records and verification. Claimant outreach is not required.
Verified research combined with authorized claimant outreach, preliminary qualification, and supporting information.
Complex or high-value opportunities requiring substantial additional work, such as heir identification, probate research, document verification, or multi-party coordination.
All percentages represent a portion of DMAX's applicable collected recovery service fee, not the claimant's total recovered funds.

DMAX prioritizes independently researched, accurate, and actionable recovery opportunities. Strong referrals typically include identifiable claimants, relevant property or court records, supporting documentation, and sufficient information to evaluate the potential recovery.
